| I compiled this list
of french/english verbs in 2005 to help me study French. When printed
on two sides of a sheet of paper, I was able to fold it up and
take it with me anywhere for quick reference. This study sheet has been downloaded over 400,000 times!

A few years ago, I 'borrowed' someone else's 300 or 400 French Verb List - reformatted it so it fit on a page, kept adding my own as I ran into them, and eventually added the highlights so I could find stuff faster.

Perfect list! This is the only real French language tool that I can even take to my 9-5 job without getting in any trouble. (Big plus for me.) Also I like that it is compact and fits on one page. This is a major plus for those of us with photographic-type memory. Don't know if you've made any other changes to it, but I definitely plan to indicate in my own list which of all the verbs are 100% reg. and which are irregular. That would be the only other thing I might change about it. This list will definitely give me the vocabulary of verbs I need without having to scrounge up each and every one by itself!!!! THANKS!

This is a fantastic work!! Right now am "reviving" my French. I used to speak French well. It is fantastic. But with the depth of knowledge I have acquired through out the last couple of years, it seems to me that I should raise my vocabluary in French to such a point where I am able to express myself in French as I am in English. As someone who learn French years ago, this is an immensely helpful starting point for getting back into it. The colored highlighting is especially good for the verbs most often used in conversation. So glad someone else did the legwork on this.

I picked beler (theres supposed to be a circumflex over the first e), the verb that means to whine like a sheep, and zigzaguer, which means to zigzag. I think my teacher will be proud. haha =)

Отметим, что этот полет российских стратегических бомбардировщиков Ту-95МС действительно продолжался 40 часов, как предположили в NORAD.
